Sales Executive – Bancassurance

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the bank and insurance partner to drive sales.
  • Engage with bank customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable bancassurance products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the client and insurance partner.
  • Conduct product presentations, client consultations, and financial planning sessions.
  • Deliver excellent after-sales service and policy servicing to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, insurance regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, insurance, or banking is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance and financial planning concepts will be an added advantage.
