Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the bank and insurance partner to drive sales.
- Engage with bank customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable bancassurance products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the client and insurance partner.
- Conduct product presentations, client consultations, and financial planning sessions.
- Deliver excellent after-sales service and policy servicing to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, insurance regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in sales, insurance, or banking is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of insurance and financial planning concepts will be an added advantage.
