Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing) to meet project objectives.
- Manage, analyze, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion, ensuring alignment with budget and performance goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and customer support to create cohesive marketing campaigns and enhance the user experience.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor and performance data to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Regularly track and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI to guide decision-making.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies relevant to fintech to ensure strategies are innovative and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within fintech, finance, or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
