Digital Marketing Specialist – FinTech –

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing) to meet project objectives.
  • Manage, analyze, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion, ensuring alignment with budget and performance goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and customer support to create cohesive marketing campaigns and enhance the user experience.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor and performance data to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Regularly track and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI to guide decision-making.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies relevant to fintech to ensure strategies are innovative and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within fintech, finance, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
