Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads and management to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee performance management processes, including regular evaluations, feedback, and career development planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights on workforce trends, retention, and productivity to inform decision-making.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a motivating and inclusive work environment.
- Support change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and coordinate employee training and development programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR practices.
- 4+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP roles or generalist experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management, providing strategic HR advice.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive employee matters.
