Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to expand the client base and achieve growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through thorough market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and retention rates.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that support business development initiatives.
- Regularly prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic business development efforts.
- Participate actively in performance evaluations and contribute to professional development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of business development experience, with a focus on B2C growth in fintech or finance industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding B2C sales or business development targets.
- Strong understanding of the fintech/finance industry, including emerging trends and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
