Talent Acquisition Specialist – Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective recruiting strategies that align with business needs, focusing on talent acquisition for high-demand and niche roles in banking and fintech.
  • Lead mass hiring efforts, managing end-to-end recruitment for large-scale hiring initiatives with precision and speed.
  • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and social media.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and optimize hiring timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, success rates, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the fintech and banking industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within the banking or fintech sector.
  • Proven expertise in high-volume hiring, with a track record of successfully filling large numbers of positions within tight timeframes.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on a positive candidate experience.
