About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions that improve performance and decision-making.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Clean, preprocess, and manipulate large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with data engineers to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.
Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in data science and machine learning.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, etc.).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
Familiarity with SQL and experience in querying databases.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights.
Ability to communicate complex data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with big data platforms like Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
