About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with department heads and management to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Lead recruitment efforts, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Oversee performance management processes, including regular evaluations, feedback, and career development planning.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights on workforce trends, retention, and productivity to inform decision-making.
Implement employee engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a motivating and inclusive work environment.
Support change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and coordinate employee training and development programs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR practices.
4+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP roles or generalist experience in a corporate setting.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management, providing strategic HR advice.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools is a plus.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive employee matters.
