Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business strategy and specific fintech needs.
Lead and refine talent acquisition efforts, implementing recruitment strategies that attract top talent, with an emphasis on competitive skills in technology and finance.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and financial regulations, including industry-specific HR practices.
Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Partner with senior leadership to address organizational development needs and build a talent pipeline.
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create a fair and inclusive workplace.
Manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive within the fintech and finance industries.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
Minimum 6 - 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HR role within the banking, fintech, or financial services industry.
Proven experience in strategic planning and executing HR initiatives in a regulated industry.
