About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals and increase brand visibility.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and industry news, and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce visual and written content that resonates with the target audience.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights to improve strategy and content.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of social media marketing.
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners to enhance brand reach and engagement.
Conduct social media audits and assess competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics).

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences.

  • Experience with social media advertising and knowledge of paid media strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to drive strategy and performance improvements.

  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for social media and digital marketing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
